Who is Expert OBM?
My name is Geoffrey Swetz. I am a certified online business manager with 20 years experience in operations management, office management, and business administration. I consider myself an efficiency and productivity expert. Finding better ways of executing a process is part of my DNA. I support small, 6 and 7+ figure size companies so they can flourish beyond where they are now.
My passion is supporting business owners by taking care of all the day-to-day details so they can move their business and projects forward. I take full responsibility for the operations of a company as a full partner with the owner. I continually look for ways to increase profits by increasing sales and reducing costs, as well as documenting and automating systems and procedures to maximize efficiency.
